These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Benji the Bear Shop and related services operated by Benji the Bear LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Benji the Bear Shop sells physical and digital products, including but not limited to 3D printed items, merchandise, and digital content. All descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Benji the Bear LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
Refunds are not automatic. Any refund request must be submitted through a support ticket or by emailing our support team as outlined in our Refund Policy.
All content, designs, characters, trademarks, and branding associated with Benji the Bear are the exclusive property of Benji the Bear LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benji the Bear LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Benji the Bear LLC is registered.
