This Refund Policy outlines the process for requesting refunds from Benji the Bear Shop.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket or email our support team with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Refund requests sent outside of the official support channels will not be processed.
Refunds may be considered for defective products, incorrect orders, or items damaged in transit, subject to review.
Custom items, digital goods, and used products are non-refundable unless legally required.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
